Not as potent as Walmart store brand one. I thought it's premium brand which charges premium, would work better but unfortunately it works really slowly like it starts working after 45 min when the store brand starts working in just 10 min. Moreover, it only reduce pain but not will make you relaxed like store brand. I am disappointed.
