After 5 months of intense use by my son in a very tough degree program with 8 courses, the M key failed to work, I wrote to HavitDirect for an advice, I asked them if I should spray the M key with contact cleaner. They told me that the keyboard is under warranty for a full free replacement for 18 months, so they immediately shipped me epedited a new keyboard with a new mouse, the same model, mechanical. In the meantime I used a fork and pried up the M cap easily of the old keyboard, I sprayed a contact cleaner for electronics on the M key swtich, and it started to work again. So it was just a little bit of dirt in the M switch, but now I got a spare keyboard. These guys have made a very robust and very nice keyboard, and their customer service is great, no questions or returns asked, they just trusted me and sent me a new set, keyboard and mouse, to make me happy. I thank them very much and I congratulate them, great jobs guys from HavitDirect.
