My strap broke on one arm after 5 month purchase. I contacted the Oculus Support, filled out the form, submitted all the information they required. After a month of waiting, Oculus Support sent me an email today and it says "......Based on all the information you provided, we would like your Quest 2 Elite Strap returned for further review and have a replacement Quest 2 Elite Strap sent to you. Note: this replacement may be refurbished. "

It has been a really long process and frustrating experience. The strap was broken within 6 months, and it's been over one month since I contacted Oculus. Now Oculus ask me to return it and then replace it (potentially with a refurbished one) subject to review? and I don't even know when I will be able to receive it!
