I thought this would be a great little camera to help keep an “eye” on our place when we were away. We tried it out for the first time Jan 27/19 when we went on a holiday. We set it up to take short clips of motion detection. When I returned home Feb 4th, I tried to play the videos that were captured, and got an error message “This video doesn’t exist in the cloud or is still being uploaded”. After a week of customer support from Wyze, it was determined that there was an issue with the camera. Be aware, their customer service is excellent with trying to resolve the issue, however they do NOT ship to Canada, otherwise I could have got a replacement. The Amazon return window for this product expired Jan 31st. This camera is only 3 months old. Otherwise, the picture is very clear, and impressive, however useless as far as what we need it for.
