I like that the product is easy to clean up and does not appear to scratch easily. However, I have only baked with it once so not sure if time will tell of the wear and tear. As it is only a 6" pan they are somewhat , but not difficult to get out of the oven when the pan is hot.
As mentioned, I have only used the pan(s) once so feel that this review may be premature.
