I had an issue with the original camera, several months after having it installed. I reached out to the company and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. They asked me to send them a brief description of the issue along with any pictures that I could provide.
They replied quickly and said they would ship me a replacement immediately.
The item arrived in about a week.
