I used this Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 one week ago. The device died while plugged in which is already mildly annoying.

I let it charge for 4 hours after that as that is what is recommended. I attempted holding the power button for 30+ seconds, holding the power and volume up/down buttons for 30+ seconds. It still won't power up.

I contacted Samsung's support for help or clues on what to do next. They told me to do what I have already done but of course, I repeated the processes with no results. They then told me to provide the model number however the international devices model number is not provided on the exterior of the device nor in the device packaging.

Amazon apparently only sells international models of Samsung devices. Samsung does not support international models. This device was purchased was and I am in Canada, it was delivered in Canada, and failed to boot in Canada.

This international device must rely on Amazon's warranty system and Samsung doesn't support it's international models.

Great experience.
