I had never done Whitestrips before using this product, and I recommend these over the Crest 3D Whitestrips because you need to leave those in for an hour and these only take half an hour, which is plenty. You'll notice when you take them off that your teeth feel very grimey and slippery, but much whiter. However, when you go to sleep and wake up the next day, your teeth will return back to yellow. But, if you do them per say once every 3 days (which is what I did), you'll start to notice long-term differences within 2 or 3 uses. Great product, but I wish the results were consistent
