If you are a business owner than you definitely need to read this book. It is a complete step by step system about how to create a systemitzed business. I would have paid far more for this book so it is an incredible value. I also recommend reading Get A Grip which is a fable of how a consultant would walk a business thru the process using these tools. Buy this book right now and there is no way you will regret it! Unless you just want to do everything yourself in your business and never have a business that you can sell. :)
