I am a hobbyist musician who mainly records simple guitar and vocal songs for a YouTube channel and when I got this mic, I thought I'd give it a try on an a cappella video. If interested, you can see that song video here, where the vocals were all recorded with this microphone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AsqhyutHx6c I also did a review video of the microphone here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmLB7hcnqOg&t=1s As I mentioned in the review video, it's biggest issue (which is why I rated sound quality lower) is how noisy it is (a high self-noise value). There are ways to minimize this, even recording with it in the studio; but, if you would like to get more serious into home studio recording, for a couple hundred dollars you could have quite a step up better. I would say, in a church or hall setup where the noise isn't a big deal anyway, this mic would be just fine. And for $27, on a budget it will get the job done. Well done, Fifine!
