2/5 for manufacturing reasons.

This show is awesome!!!

That's why I bought it! 5/5 for the show... 42/5 for the show even! But the cases came all busted up. Not the cardboard box, this wasn't a shipping issue. Labels are all good, this wasn't a printing issue.

!!!! Lots of the hinges and centre grabs for the disks have broken teeth. Through all 7 hinged cases and 15 seasons!!!!

I was sad that the final complete set of a long beloved show was ultimately given such poor manufacturing care. Cheap plastic, also, different case types from season to season? So strange? But! As long as things are made cheap! And costs are low! Profits are high! Then it's a win! There's a rule of acquisition for this... Who cares about integrity? Right? And the time and effort to ship it back and get a replacement (which will most likely have the same issues) is not worth my effort...
The second star is because I'm a almost done the 1st season, which takes time between owning a business and having a two year old, and I haven't had a disc issue yet. When (if?) I get through all 15 seasons without a disc issue, I'll bump it up to 3/5. However, these things take time... Life is not instant.
