Updated review May 2021: I purchased this tablet 8weeks ago. Now return window is closed. Issue: the screen shows as if it is shutting down and has been trying to do so for over a day. I tried pushing on/off buttons and there has been no change. Overall having a very bad experience. Will be contacting customer care. I Will update my review after my experience with them. Contacted customer care and sent them a video of the issue faced, they send me a brand new tablet at no additional cost within a week. They were super quick and super nice to deal with, no hassles. Great customer service.

March 2021: Overall, a good and sturdy tablet. Especially if your on a budget. Performance is really good. Overall, very satisfied.
