Dr Kevin Snyder has given a new inspirational book that is easy to read, helpful, and acts as a gentle prod to do more with our lives—and shows us how.
He accomplishes this through a sensitive, sincere, conversational style. Reading this book is like sitting and talking with him as he explains his different ideas, punctuating them with appropriate motivating quotes.
At the same time, contrary to some other books of this genre, he teaches rather than preaches. He has already walked the talk, as seen in his life’s diverse experiences which include: life-threatening anorexia; being shamed into an undesirable action; participating in The Price is Right TV Show; inventing a completely-different dog leash; together with lessons learned using a Vision Board and the Power of Attraction. On top of that, we are given a link to his TEDx presentation which shows this dynamic young man sharing his philosophy in person.
Dr Snyder’s underlying point is that, to achieve our dream, we must push ourselves beyond our comfort zone and embrace failure as the price of success. But he doesn’t leave us hanging; he shows us how we can achieve our dream.
An added bonus of this book are references throughout to excellent reinforcing videos of achievers available on the free-stuff section of his website. These are definitely worth watching. And this book is definitely worth reading. It may change how you view your life.
