This book will spur you to really look at your life, both personally and professionally. It is clear and concise, and brings home how each of us can direct the path of our own life and the effect that has on others. I read this book for the first time almost ten years ago, and now re-reading it, it reminds me of is still available for me to do to take life to the next level. I highly recommend this book!

This was my first audible book the set up is easy but amazon cite needs a little more refinement

I purchased the audible version to compliment. The issue is there is no linkage between them. So if you are reading for class assignments please make sure you get the kindle page numbers they do not collaborate with text.
The text was immediate downloaded. This was my first audible book the set up is easy but amazon cite needs a little more refinement.
The actual Book has a nice flow and uses examples to understand application into real life situations.
Quinn discussions of organization leadership and the slow death or unwillingness to change is a intriguing position and helps to illuminate a thought process to change.

The author states that people and organizations need to change and grow or they will die. He is less clear about how one is to select what needs to be changed. It seems to require a vision of the future and how the organization can/should fit in. I found his leit motif of "slow death" and "deep change" to be tiresome. If the book reminds leaders that they can't endlessly rest of their laurels, it would probably be useful.
