My daughter loves it. As an adult I'd say the music is a little off, it starts a little off and it ends abruptly before the end of the song. But even if I had of known this I would still have bought it. Daughter doesnt care. But maybe something to think of for whoever will be making more toys like this. the book part is fun too for a 2 year old. Had it for 1 month now.

Blippi is singing but he is painfully off key

I see in some older reviews, the music was originally sung by someone else and reviewers recommended Blippi sing it himself. I ordered this in Dec 2022, and the song was definitely sung by Blippi himself, but the singing was so out of tune that I'm wondering if my speaker is defective or if he is really that off - and if he is, was it on purpose for his character or is it because he can't sing?! In this case, autotune would have been welcomed, and not only for the sake of my ears. I also don't want my daughter (17 months) learning how to sing incorrectly. She does exclaim "Bippi!" when she sees the book - she seems to like it.

Within days my 15 mos old grand had the pages pulled from the backing and I had to take it up with heavy duty tape so he could again enjoy it. He loves Blippi! Blippi was one of his first words! It is a great book and kids love it. I just wish it was more durable made. this is the second one we've bought.
