Excellent book!!

Little did I know that it actually is based on the truth and a current one, the status quo of times as we live in! A real eye opener and one should get aquatinted with what it is like to live in a world where Totalitarian Governments rule. Momentarily, they seem to grow with every year in quite a few countries on this planet, promising the sky to their population only to make the country fall into the abyss by corruption!!!!

Reading between the lines and not missing what others done in this book indicates unwritten and covered truth about the fight between BB and VP.
Pages 180/181/191 etc clearly brushes off the facts in reversing the depth of the truth
However, this book in general is eye opening about what is going on behind the scene

This was a fascinating story. However, for whatever reason Browder ruined it by bringing in unfounded accusations and fear mongering against former President Trump. I am no fan or supporter of Trump. This book is a must read to understand the evil that surrounds us. Just ignore Browder’s bad choice of bringing in politics,

This was kind of an interesting story (though not well written) until the story get to 2016 and the author accuses the President of the United States of being a Russian pawn. Maybe he hasn't followed the Trump Russian collusion story to the conclusion that it was all a DNC/Clinton funded fraud. But some authors can ruin a good story because of their ideological biases.

Interesting, but too detailed

Browder writes an interesting account of his self-inflicted wounds. Throughout the book, he proves to be reactive rather than proactive. Did he not know that Putin was a demon-wolf-like creature and acted like one? One must remember there Browder chose to go to Russia and profit from the chaos following the fall of the USSR. In a way he wasn’t much better than the Russians who seized the same opportunity. I found his tale to be one of a limousine liberal, he appeared to be fighting wrongs, but many people were hurt in the process. Too much personal information about his ski trips to Aspen and Switzerland at a juncture where he should have focused on the story. Also, his criticism of Trump clearly showed that he was clueless about how Trump operated. Trump’s unpredictability was the reason why he was so successful in his 4 years.

Browder’s “Freezing Order, “ a followup to his successful, readable, and revealing“Red Notice,” reads like a diary, filled with minutiae and monotony. In defending his crown achievement, the Magnitsky Act, Browder struggles to manufacture drama to this followup story, by denigrating his legal adversaries, and the judges who dare to rule against him, and characterizing all who disagree, as being supportive of Putin’s Russia. Browder’s layering on of the trivialities of his activities and his focus on his own self importance distracts from the important storyline of the complicity of Western banks and financial institutions in Russian money laundering.
