This product is just plain flat-leaf parsley, cut in medium-sized flakes; I can't tell if it's really premium, but it adds a nice flavor to my dishes. I have tried many spices and herbs from the Simply Organic brand and they are always great quality.
I like that the cut is medium-sized, not very powdery, it almost adds a nice bite once the flakes are re-hydrated.
The color is more like a dark green, not a bright green.
The flakes are very dry; the parsley works great for cooking (soup, casseroles, stews, etc.), not so much for sprinkling on salads or pasta.

I try to be more conscious about the environment and what I eat, and this product is in line with my lifestyle.
I focus as much as possible organic spices and herbs, and I trust that Simply Organic is certified organic. I like to support brands that support both the people and the planet.
I also like that the product comes in a glass bottle with a metal lid (both recyclable); the bottle is very good quality and can be reused once the parsley is finished. Off course, it comes with a plastic seal and a plastic sieve, but it's still better then those 100% plastic bottles.

Note: It's great that I can simply add Simply Organic spices in with my Amazon orders, but the price fluctuates a lot; sometimes these are a great deal compared with my local grocery stores, sometimes they spike up to an unreasonable amount.

Tastes strong and color never fades

I have used different brands' parsley in the past but Simply Organic is the best. First of all, with cheaper brands the color fades pretty quickly. It dries out and the color becomes almost grayish green in a month or so. And the smell isn't strong with some other brands. But Simply Organic parsley smells strong and the color never changes after opening. Highly recommended.

I put it in my smoothies because natural health experts say parsley is one of the vegetables good for kidney disease, along with celery, cucumbers and a few herbs. I was recently diagnosed with stage 2 kidney disease, and am experimenting. I bought two bottles, and am already on the second, so I use it a lot, along with fresh parsley! Will buy again next month!

I’m a big fan of the Simply Organic brand. I often buy the seasoning products because I find them to be fresh and they tend to have a richer flavor than other cheaper brands I’ve tried. Being unable to find fresh organic parsley locally, I decided to try this and have been very pleased. It tastes great and has a nice cut to it. I think it's well priced, and like that both the front of the bottle and the metal cap are labelled. I especially like the freshness of the flavor in vegetable soup, adding it to the individual bowls right before eating. I find myself taking the little interior plastic cap off so I can shake out a large quantity of parsley, so I'll be reordering very soon. Recommend!

For $4 you get a flavor and quality that is simply unmatched compared to any other brand. ¼ teaspoon has as much flavor as an entire bottle of McCormick. In that sense you get your money's worth. Because a small amount goes a LONG way. Highly recommend.

I am glad I did. It is nicely chunky so it looks like finely/freshly chopped parsley. Awesome rich green color that looks very apetiting. And it’s organic.
