I’ve ordered the tea 50 times. The last 2 shipments came in plastic bag. Boxes of tea were smashed and KCups were crushed & damaged. I’ve counted 14 damaged, useless KCups.

Terrible aftertaste and residue

There was a problem with one of the boxes of tea. I’ve had a terrible after taste from a few k cups. When I got to the bottom of the tea there was residue on the the bottom, hence the after taste. The first time it happened I thought it was fluke but it happened a second and a third time so I’m going to throw out the remainder of those k cups!

Love the tea... but every time I get the order, the package is mangled and I lose 3-4 K-cups because they no long fit in the reservoir... instead of putting the box of 24 in an envelope, perhaps if you tried a box it would work better!! Little hard to display the box on my coffee stand with it being mangled!

I was buying another brand of English breakfast kcups but decided to try these because they were cheaper. I have used twinings tea bags in the past. I am extremely disappointed in these as every cup that I have had, I end up with the tea leaves in the bottom of my cup. I have to strain it before I can even drink it!
