The first one that arrived was non-functional. The power indicator didn't light up either from battery power or with the AC adapter, so the hub was absolutely dead and useless. Obviously they didn't bother to test it at the factory. That one was returned without problem and a replacement sent promptly. The replacement functioned as advertised and I'm happy with it.
