What you need to know is that the format is not academic, rather, it's written as a story making it very light but also a lot less technical than you'd expect. the upside is that with the story you do get examples but there are a lot of blank spaces. The book however does tell you where to find more potent, step by step instructions. To be honest I haven't finished the book yet and already had 3 dates in the last month. For someone who used to be afraid to speak with girls, I have to say I find the results phenomenal and I have this book to thank for my newfound success.
