Kind vs Pure Protein snack bars , be kind-er for energy snack, go Pure for protein needs

Kind is a bar that is see thru- so I can see exactly what I am eating. Ingredients that plan english, not chemical jumbo. Simple flavours, no cocktails of added stuff. Non GMO and passable for diabetics. Made from nutrient-dense first ingredient – whole nuts, whole grains or whole fruit.
Comparing Fruit & nut Kind : Choc fudge p.protein. : Kind is ahead in taste taste and simpler ingredient list. Kind s have protein and fibre largely from nuts. P.Protein is more satiating, has dense texture, can be a meal replacement. Both same for total carbs. Kind -crunchy , PP- chewy. price wise : 1.33 / bar = PP, 1.83 / bar for Kind- $$$ IMHO
-Allergy Alerts: PP = palm kernel oil. soy lecithin, whey, butterfat . Kind= soy, nuts, seeds, glucose syrup but no sugar alcohol (cause bloating). I cut the bars in 2 or 3 squares, this helps me feel more satiated.
-P.protein is better for the muscle building protein needs for recovery and repair. Kind as a pickup snack for the mid day fatigue, for boost bef. workouts for a post meal or in between snack.
-Both are undoubtedly a better choice than a handful of Oreos, but neither as substitute for real, live, food. Kind will not make you kinder, Protein no help in the pure realm- been there done that :-)
-Buy the Kind on sale @ , $14 for 12 units
I benefit from others' reviews , so I write them too. Hope this helps !
