Great pedometer and sleep tracker

Very pleased. Works just like advertised. I prefer syncing it to my phone as that is easier for me that via my computer. I love the online program to track my steps and progression. Tracking my sleep is very interesting also.

I wish I purchased the more expensive fitbit. I would have liked a watch and a heart monitor but I didn't want to spend the money. I wish I did though.

I like the product because it makes me challenge myself. If I do 10000 steps, I want to push to 12000 steps. I do 5 miles, I want to make it to 6 miles. Also I know how many calories I take in and how many I need to burn to lose weight. It's like having a personal trainer. It gets me moving. It also makes me think about what I'm eating for calories and make choices that might be more health or a lest cut back on something.

Very good purchase. Information rec'd seems accurate. There are 2 points that I don't like. I wear the large band and wear it loosely because that way I can slip it on and off since doing up the snap is a big problem! The 2nd issue is that the edges of the band seem to darken and discolour making thebandlook dirty. I guess black is a safer choice
