I have given this product a rating of 3, not because it doesn't work, but simply because the information regarding pacemakers SHOULD be on the front of the packaging, in BIG and BOLD lettering and NOT BURIED on page 5 of the instruction manual.
I purchased this item as a gift for my father for his birthday and he loved it.
When my Dad read that he couldn't use it because he has a pacemaker, he was soooooo very disappointed because the product was working and he could see the difference within a day.
If you know of anything similar, that doesn't require an electrical pulse, but does the same job, please let me know.
My Dad and I are both really disappointed that he could not use this product.
