Top positive review
Dried cilantro or parsley are not used for flavour, but for the nutritional benefits.

Like parsley, cilantro has absolutely no flavour when dried. The dried herb itself is very fresh. I did not purchase it as a flavouring agent, but rather for its detoxifying effect. It is an excellent chelator of heavy metals, such as mercury and aluminum. Because of this, I find it helpful to add a heaping teaspoon to all my dishes. Having no flavour, it will not affect the taste, the way fresh cilantro would.
