The product is great, but it came as seen in the picture. Two glass bottles with no protective wrapping whatsoever. These could have broken or gotten damaged very easily. It’s a miracle they were ok.
The delivery was also sub standard. I was home and buzzed the delivery person in, yet he left my package between the doors in the lobby for practically anyone to steal. I don’t expect a front door delivery but other delivery people at least go inside the lobby and leave packages by the mailroom. This one didn’t even bother to open the door after buzzing him in.
Sorry I rarely have any bad reviews to make and my poor review has nothing to do with the product quality itself. The oil is fantastic.
My product satisfaction is reflected in my 5-star review. But the packaging and delivery were a 0 on 5.
