Up until the last book, I would have given this series 5 stars. I really enjoyed the first 4 books and a lot of the 5th, but the ending was a cop out. It was like the author had no idea how to solve the characters problems so she chose not to.
Reading further is a little spoilery, but if I had read a similar review I wouldn't have bothered reading the series at all. How a story ends can make or break the enjoyment of it and leave a bad taste in your mouth or leave you euphoric. I don't need to say how The Blood Destiny Series left me.
The main characters turned out to be cowardly choosing to hide instead of dealing with their issues, and because of that, I just can't bring myself to reread the books no matter how much I enjoyed most of them, hence the 3 stars
