Not my favorite but not a bad book, and to be perfectly fair, it did have several good points that most people either need to be reminded of or just plain taught. Too many people talk at someone rather than with them. If you have any kind of a problem, large or small, this would be a good addition to your personal library, assuming, of course, that you actually read it rather than skim.
