There are a lack of people who are successful entrepreneurs writing books or taking the time to explain their success. That job seems to fall into the hands of biographers or so called motivational speakers, who themselves have not DONE anything other than motivate. Motivation is a tiny piece of the puzzle.
I enjoyed how Patrick explained how to create a vision. It is the foundation on which the rest of the book is built. Another great value add is the 5 steps to building resiliency. Make sure you use his post-it note suggestions!
The book was a quick and refreshing read. It gave me the energy to take on the challenges in my own professional life.
