Hacking Leadership is a quick read full of many simple, practical, and useful ideas that leaders can use within their schools. Joe and Tony weave their real life experiences and ideas into each of the chapters and give you straightforward steps that you can take to strengthen your overall school community.

As a building leader, I am always looking for ways to personally improve in order to strengthen the culture of my school and create more involvement from my staff, student, and parent community. After reading this book, I have several ideas that I can begin working on for the benefit of student learning. I'm so glad that I took the time to read it and would highly recommend it to others.
