Overpriced by double compared to competitor

Great product, but way overpriced. You can get canadian made and regulated inulin fiber on Amazon for $20/lb that is identical in quality and absorb ability.

Lid by is not very good. Opens often on its own sometimes. Cat knocked bottle to floor and cap easily opened and I lost half.

It does work well.

I love that this doesn’t have a taste & can even put it in my tea, on cereal etc. I am sensitive to a lot of things as is my stomach so I only used half the amount once, then waited a day. It will cause abdominal discomfort but make you have a movement for sure. I have used this twice & haven’t needed it since! Great product!

I bought this Inulin because it had the best price per gram with a good rating.
I didn't know much about Inulin but my mom kept bugging me to try it. She said it would keep me *regular*.
Then I found a recipe for making sugar free chocolate which convinced me to try it.
Still haven't made the chocolate but a 1/2 teaspoon of this in my coffee (dissolves well) definitely keeps me regular! Advice: definitely start with a low amount as per instructions.
Didn't find it sweetened at all,which some info online said it might.

This product works well in regards to moving the bowels. I eat a Keto diet so this is good way to add fibre into a low carb diet. I just sprinkle a teaspoon in my morning quark cereal or on top of my eggs, then sprinkle another teaspoon on top of my supper. There is a very slight sweet taste which I do not find offensive.

I ordered this to go along with my probiotics. Like the probiotics, it’s going to take a couple of weeks for your body to adjust. (Gas/bloating/etc to be expected.) You also need to start off slowly!!! Recommend dose is 1tsp, once or twice daily but I started out with 1/2tsp once a day. It took about two weeks and I’m finally feeling regulated and I feel great! Also, I’ve had zero issues mixing it. The colder liquid you use is obviously going to need more mixing but it’s really a non issue.

Bought this as Benefibre is currently unavailable. Seems to work equally well, although needs a little more stirring to get it to dissolve. I always put it in hot tea so not sure if cold beverages would work as well. I find it has a slight taste but not really noticeable unless I am really thinking about it.
