The oat fibre itself seems good. As per the description, it is an extremely fine powder. Unfortunately though, if you are selling an extremely fine powder - and 680g of it at that, it really needs to be packaged in a plastic (or otherwise solid) screw top container. Every time I close the bag, the powder blows out of the bag from the air pressure. The only solution is to close the bag without removing any air from the bag, which will result in oxidation and shorten the shelf life of the oat fibre significantly. Also, a zip lock is the wrong closure because the fine powder clogs the zip lock. I've only used the product 3 times and already have had to transfer the contents to another container because the zip lock no longer closes. And transferring this product to another container is no easy task because the powder is so fine, it's almost like trying to pour baby powder into another container - it makes a mess and take it from me - you need to wear a dust mask. Hopefully the seller takes note. I appreciate that the packaging is cost effective but personally, I'd be reluctant to order this again in this size without better packaging.
