Great product, beware you receive both washers

Great product, good quality!.. but beware you recieved both washers. The box I recieved was previously opened and one washer was missing. Luckily I was still able to fit my bike, but I tried to order a replacement and it was going to be 3 months until delivery!

Haven’t used it yet, just installed on my fat bike, but it is very obviously a well manufactured product. Perfect fit and flawless appearance. I am using it to but the Thule Chariot adapter on my fatty and it sets up perfectly, I’m positive there won’t be any issues.

I ordered this twice. The first time the thread didn’t match my bike frame so make sure you get the right thread size. The most common sized I believe are 1.0 and 1.5. Also measure the length of your current axle to know how long to get it.

The shaft is long and the wheel was loose so I added a couple of washers to make sure there was no extra play and it works like a charm.

I’m giving it 4 starts because a product this expensive should come with more than just one spacer.

There's a site that helped me find the right size Burley Thru Axle Adapter and it was right on the money. Just tried it out this evening with my new Mountain Bike and it worked like a charm. I did find it curious it said not to ride with the axle full time but it's easy enough to swap back and forth (plus less weight when doing trail riding).

I have a 12x148 1.75 pitch axle so I did not need the included spacer (which the directions cover).
