Well this series has been a pleasure to read. Kept me entertained for days. Well written and the characters are great. You feel part of the team on their many adventures to survive, protect and defend. Can't wait for the next book in this series.

Exodus, for being the thirteenth book in a series you would think things would be going a bit stale by now. Nope! Not a bit. Non-stop action, characters continue to be superb, strong story line and as always plenty of twists and turns along the way. What makes this book particularly interesting is that the first several chapters are a prequel to the start of the bombings and the subsequent infection. Makes for an interesting back story to what happened in the week before everything changed. And as always the author has to get in that little hook right at the end of the book that is going to make you needing to see what happens in the fourteenth book. Can't recommend Exodus enough, excellent book all the way around.

Patton writes brilliantly as usual but man these stories are too short.

I love how this book picks up right where the last left off, in area 51, Johns eye all messed up. I do not like Rachel in this book. I'm iffy with her altogether, when her and the pilot were lost in the forest she was great, independent girl power. But then she becomes needy and jealous really his wife just died. Irina and Igor are amazeballs!!! Irina is like super smart and Igor is so tough. I like the new characters and back story, Anna is interesting and Pablo, goose and bunny seem like the team needed to kill the Russian president. Can't wait for the next.

Another excellent installment in the series. I read a couple of books from other very well known zombie series while waiting for book 13 to come out, and their writing was labored and clumsy by comparison. I picked up "Exodus" as soon as I saw it was available, and Patton's writing was better than ever. The contrast was night and day. Vivid action, relatable characters, smooth dialogue, and engaging plots. This has become my favorite zombie series of everything I've read in the genrea (which is probably at least a couple of dozen, at this point). Well done - waiting for book 14!

It's been about 5 months since I finished book 12, as I didn't want to finish book 13 and be fiending for more! But now there's a 14 and soon to be 15! So stoked! Dirk Patton has a way of bringing every part of this series together, even going back to the very beginning and telling different sides of the story. I love how he ties characters together and always keeps you guessing. Of course each book leaves you wanting more. Great read! I think I forgot to review this book when I read it. I've reviewed every single one before this, just somehow didn't do it when I finished this one. That being said, I'm about to start book 14. I love these damn books so much. I just wanted to add my 5 star review for this one real quick, even if it doesn't tell you anything about the book. 13 books in, you should know what you're getting yourself into at this point. That's it.

Another great book in the series, but it seemed over all to fast. I am a fairly fast reader but it seemed like I ripped through this one in very short order. I will say it set the scene for at least 2 and possibly three more big "mission scenarios" and I look forward to what comes next. If anyone can figure out how to get Mr. Patton to get the next one out more quickly let me know and I'll help out!

Dirk Patton has done it again. V Plague 13 is another great storyline. Chase is the kind of man anyone would want in their corner...particularly against the "infected" or the Russians. The action never stops for our intrepid hero and the people with him. The CONTUS might not be what it once was, but the US military never stops fighting. Soooo looking forward to #14, #15 and on and on. Keep it up.
