So these beans are amazing. I've been looking for a more affordable light espresso because as a single Mom, I value the caffeine buzz the lights give. There's definitely more caffeine in light since it hasn't been cooked all out yet. These beans are definitely smooth. Sooo smooth that they're almost flat when compared to my other light african bean roast. I love bright acidity and full coffee flavor but Im not picky and if youre the type that needs a strong cup without the strong taste, then these beans are perfect for you! I like making Piccolos (cappuccinos but much stronger because less dairy) and the sweet textured milk came right through with these beans. It was a nice! Very easy to go down. I will continue purchasing these and treat my other bright louder tasting light espresso beans as an occasional treat.
