What’s the SD card for

I wanted to give this a good review I've researched these before picking this one way more than I would like to probably hours I spent looking at every version of available before choosing this one so far its accuracy is not what it claims to be I think it was 5 m or what-have-you worst case and it seems to be not working that good mind you have contacted customer support and they're looking into the matter if it fixes I will update this or I will try to (update) Its working a bit better. Also there customer service needs better customer support communication skills they don't seem incapable that's a little rude. (Update2) okay since I've talked to customer support it's been a few days I'm not sure if they fix something or what the case is I also charged it more I think initially I only charged it to 70% recently I charged it up to 100% and it seems to be a lot more accurate so again I don't know if they fix something since I had complained or it's just the battery being 30% more charged.

Been going on for two years I have had 4-5 operational, at one time , but continues to crash 3 at a time ( soft ware ) there lost because of this and they ask for old one back and I say we’ll it crashed who knows where it is. I’m done arguing they did give me monitor credit and have replaced 4 units but I’m out 6 or 7 more and won’t do anything more for me, I’m pissed , and don’t understand why they don’t step up to the plate and give me the new bigger units lost thousands of dollars over there product glitching and then just fail

The battery life is good. You get about two weeks of usage before needing to recharge, but the GPS is just not reliable. I chose one minute tracking, but sometimes I don't get un update until several minutes later. This is critical and very important if you are in need to know where the vehicle is at any given moment. GPS does not follow the pathway the vehicle goes, sometimes the pathway line goes over water wth??? impossible the vehicle drove over water. Other times it just freezes. Today it froze for almost one hour, so I missed to see if the vehicle stopped at one point during the ride.
when you playback the history, the times are really off so you can't trust the time you see when you play it back
I called customer service twice, they have answering machines and ask to email them instead.
