I do notice my teeth are noticeably whiter after use. I don't have much staining on my teeth, more use it for maintenance especially after consuming products that can def cause staining(curry, etc) Not sure how it would work on someone with teeth that has a build up of staining. I don't use it very often, made the mistake once and caused some sensitivity.

VERY difficult to use, even if you dry your teeth 1st , they still slip around, a few times i've ruined the strip fooling around with trying to get it right - out of a box of 10 strips i can count on messing a few of them up - whitening is disappointing too - i'm on my 3rd box , used about 25 strips and still certainly better, but not the full whitening i was expecting

I had never done Whitestrips before using this product, and I recommend these over the Crest 3D Whitestrips because you need to leave those in for an hour and these only take half an hour, which is plenty. You'll notice when you take them off that your teeth feel very grimey and slippery, but much whiter. However, when you go to sleep and wake up the next day, your teeth will return back to yellow. But, if you do them per say once every 3 days (which is what I did), you'll start to notice long-term differences within 2 or 3 uses. Great product, but I wish the results were consistent

Good for the cost. Did not cause much sensitivity for me, if you are worried about that I would recommend using a sensitive toothpaste with this product. Definitely noticed an improvement in the whiteness of my teeth. It has been a couple months since I used this product and the whiteness has help up fairly well over time (in conjunction with whitening toothpaste). This is something I would repurchase and do once a year. Good product!

After using the whole box, my teeth are noticeably whiter. As directed, I had the strips on for 30 minutes at a time, and I experienced no sensitivity afterwards. If you are looking for more dramatic results consider one of the more expensive Crest white strips.

Good product and will notice the brightness afterwards, but slips on VERY easily. Tip is to brush teeth at least 30 mins before applying to reduce slip.
