I purchased two lounger chairs… They are super comfortable to sit/recline in…
BUT… after a week or two, I noticed the odd screw, or nut, along with bolt, on my balcony.. I had no idea where they came from…. Then, I sat in one chair, and the arm fell off… Then the second chair also started dropping bolts/nuts, and the 2nd chair arm ALSO fell off… This is after 2 months of gentle use… I tried to gather the dropped hardware, however my cat smacked several off my balcony, losing them…
I would like a refund, as I spent $200, and only used chairs for 2 months… Amazon won’t refund me as past the 30 days… I even asked Amazon to send me an assortment of screws/nuts/bolts, that fit their chair…
I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ANSWER…
The chair is very comfortable to sit on, however, it obviously has been poorly assembled, and should have “Lock Washers” to prevent the loosening, and dropping of hardware…
AMAZON PLEASE EITHER REFUND OR SEND ME Lounger hardware ( screws, bolts, etc.), so that I can attempt to repair lounger, and use them again…
As an “Amazon Product”… For $100/lounger… this is an inferior product….
Stay away from this lounger.
