First of all, I want to say a big 'Thank You' to Mary, their representative I believed, who rectified their error almost instantly for me. I ordered a black one but they sent me a silver one instead. So I sent them a message over Amazon right away, and Mary responded to my Amazon message within hours and resolved the error to my liking, which I am not going to elaborate on here. Let's say I am very pleased with the resolution.
As for the product itself, I bought it for my mom, and she likes it a lot, and I too enjoy it. Do not expect spectacular for this model, perhaps other higher-end models like the "Pro" would be much better? The volume on this one is decent, the speaker is decent, the mic is decent, and overall, it is a fun toy. Good size with a nice-looking case to protect it. I would say a pretty good, not-too-expensive gift that most people would enjoy.
