I get bashed from my friends for buying Amazon bike parts but you can’t go wrong with this. Seems to be of really good quality. Came with two guards for the guard and all the mounting hardware. Instructions were a little unclear, there were three screws, one which was twice the length of the other one, and a spacer that l gathered was supposed to be installed on on the front bracket. I have no idea why but it works good from what I know!

Proper Fitment

The quality of the product is decent, however it will not fit on my 2020 Trek Slash without 3/8 of an inch of shimming to clear the suspension, this takes away a lot of the strength. I have requested a return. If you can fit the Bash Gaurd with out to much shimming it is a decent product at a reasonable price.

The FUNN bash guard was available on Amazon (bash guards are hard to find at LBS) and arrived quickly via Prime. It was well packaged and came with the extra plastic bash piece; nice.

Installation was a bit frustrating with the crankset on the bike but in the end was easy with some patience. The directions are a bit vague but I figured it out.

I haven't ridden the bike due to winter weather but it appears to be a fine product.

Protection for your chainring

Product came as advertised, was a little skeptic about the size as I have a 32t chainring and the one I ordered was 26-32t and I thought it wouldn't fit. Well, package arrived and I got it installed and fits like a glove. Product is very sturdy and will take abuse whilst protecting your chainring, comes with an extra bashguard as well.
