To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Loses it's apeal quick. Kids became bored too easily.
I'm through with Nintendo. No one in our home wants to play the games. Even the portability factor of the switch dowsn't help as the kids would rather play an app on an iPhone than reach for the switch to play thos game (or others purchased for it.)
Not a multiplayer game, only "co-op" as in the second player is the hat .. kinda like in the mario galaxy from Wii, second person only collects stars .. Very much like of 3D wolrd where you move around freely and its not left screen moving to right like older wii/gameboy games youtube game play reviews are great for understanding how it looks/plays
This game has a lot of nostalgia baked into it, but that doesn't make it _good_. I found the main story to be totally bland and forgettable. You can play that part incredibly quickly and the post-game is pretty much just revisiting the same areas (with one new area) to get more power moons.
Princess Peach has zero agency, and the mechanic of possessing people/things with your sentient hat is kind of fun but also SUPER CREEPY. Nintendo needs to really step up with whatever mario game comes next for the Switch.
