This stuff has no taste. It's hard chewing, and whatever these "flakes" are made of is hard to identify. But it reminds me of the "flakes" that Kellogg produces for its Raisin Bran. I guess the taste of the raisins is meant to offset the tough, tasteless "flakes." But Kellogg is smart enough to know that its plain Bran Flakes have to be made of better stuff, and they are the best choice of bran flakes on the market--if only the present market were offering them today.
The present "organic" flakes are not a good substitute, and they don't contain anything, such as raisins that might actually make it minimally edible..
