Not anywhere near true colour

I used these fur Bathbombs only - I do soap but use only natural colours. Use liquid colours! These were not good at all. The colour was no way true. Green turned out blue etc. They specifically say for use with bathbombs and I would disagree. I purchased this pack specifically and because the colours are so off feel it is just for fun and not something I can plan around. I would not purchase again. They may work well in soap. You can add more without fear of staining.

Awful for cold processed soap

These came sealed nicely and in a cute little box. I am sure they are great for other forms of craft but for cold processed soap these are garbage. Not gonna lie. I have made several batches using a color here and there from these. Number one, they mix beautifully. They look shimmery and gorgeous and bright. It actually frustrates me because the colors looks absolutely beautiful. I want those damn colors. Lol but mix them in with the soap and they’re just muted to sh*t. Let them cure for 24 hours? And I mean.. What color??? Yellows cure to creams, cherries cure to weird oranges. The purple was a literal mud colour. I bet these would be beautiful in resin because they are so bright but I would 0% recommend them for cold process soap please don’t waste your being hopeful like I diiiddddd

I ordered these to use for colouring resin projects! The powders arrived neatly packaged in their own little box which is great! I LOVE that they actually packaged them in zip lock mini baggies! So many glitters and powders come in ‘tear away’ baggies and you’re left with the hassle and messy task of transferring it to a sealable bag/container...no bueno! Lol Awesome variety of colours! Some darker, some jewel toned and some pastel. All seem to have a pearl-like sheen to them, mostly notable with the pastels! I know these are advertised as being for soap/bath bomb making and I imagine they would look SO pretty as well for those projects! A little bit definitely goes a long way which is nice! If using resin and wanting less of an opaque finish, you may want to experiment with adding some acrylic paint in as well!

These stunning powders work great with the resin I use for my art. They’re pigmented and bright. All of these pigments are shimmery – something to keep in mind if you do not want shimmer. The perfect little started set if you want to experiment.

Color Bleeds onto skin and Bath tub when using as Bath Bombs

I was extremely disappointed with this item. The colours are not the same as shown, but the big issue is that the color bleeds into the bath and leaves a ring on the tub and color on the body as well.

I use this product to colour resin pieces as well as bath bombs and it works really well for both. The pigments don't clump in resin and blend well, leaving a nice sheen and it distributes evenly for a nice effect. It is a little lighter in bath bombs, but still a nice even colour.

Too much glitter and other

Colours contain much more glitter than I expected. One of the packets of colour (Cherry) had a slight tear in it that caused some of it to fall in the box and then all over my hands when mantipulating them. When used for bath bombs, the colour stays in the tub and need to be cleaned. It also stays on the skin, I had to have a shower after my bath to get the colour off.

Not only all this but the item is very expensive and my demand for a cancellation after accidently ordering this was refused. Extremely disapointed.

Not good for lip balm!

Bought these specifically to colour my lip balms. Unfortunately this set is sold in pretty tiny bags, and you would need to use a whole packet of Mica to add a decent pigment to a batch of only 3 balms (since you have to make up for the colour lightening as the balm sets). The colours also appear shimmery but on a white base they mix in matte (which I prefer, so that’s nice). Just wish they were more generous with the amounts. Nice set for playing around with, but not good if you sell skincare products imo, because you’ll need a lot more. Luckily I do resin art as well so I won’t be returning this, still seems like decent quality.

I'm not really sure how it turns out for soaps ans candles that's what I bought it for. It looks very pigmented. From I know you don't need much for coloring with these. I imagine they are pretty good for alot a uses. I may even try them with some other small projects in my motorhome. The okgs are even small so I'm iffy aboit that. But si they look pretty old and so many colors to choose from. I like that idea. I'm wanting to use them for serial crafts including my counter in my rv. I will try to post soem pics. I am happy with them and will.orkbaly order more or a larger quantity. I've git them stashed because I know my son will find many uses for them. I can't sit to try them. These would be great for soaps ans bath bombs too. You don't need much for either. Thabk you very much pkg well also as alot boxes come broken to my house. So I appreciate the way they were packaged.
