Utilisé pour sécuriser une remorque, il ne verrouille plus après à peine six mois d'utilisation.
J'essaie d'avoir de l'aide avec cet article pour un échange mais cette option n'est pas accessible dans mes commandes passées.

I had ordered this specific lock as it stated that it would fit all trailer hitches. Not the case. Had to modify. The locking mechanism seems kinda sticky as well. Not the greatest product.

The locking mechanism does not work. It may have worked one time to unlock it then it failed. There is no way to lock it now. The keys work as though they are being inserted in the wrong lock.

I'll probably tack-weld it to lock it and zip the welds off to use it. Really well done reese. Maybe you should read about quality control. This is a massive inconvenience.

Deturant maybe? It’s has been 1 year & 8 days since the first locking of my RV hitch with this Reese unit. Last week it took over a half hour trying to remove it from my hitch. It finally allowed the key to find the right area for it to release. Yes it has been greased / oiled / cleaned on several occasions. It is once again on my RV, so within a few weeks I again will be moving to another resort. At that time I will find if it’s good bad or just a fluke it gave so much trouble. Happy camping!

I tested the lock before I put it on my trailer once I went to go to use my trailer I went to undo the lock and it was jammed I could not get it to release the bar. The key would turn to the unlock spot but would not release I had no choice but to cut it off and send back hopefully I’ll still get my refund for their lack of quality. I’ve gone through a lot of other Reviews as well and there seems to be a fairly common issue

Was expecting the whole lock to be made of steel, but the lower part is aluminum and hollowed out. The body is not solid, nor 'heavy duty'! The key mechanism is janky and doesnt tell you which direction is locked/unlocked which makes it really difficult to actually lock when you are using both hands to hold it together while also trying to turn the key to lock it in place. It is a deterrent, but can easily be defeated and not something I'd recommend given the higher quality options out there.
