I didn't notice a difference after the first few days of use, and to be honest, I don't think there is a difference after using all the gel.
They do have some nice picture instructions in the kit to help you figure out how to use it but I found it was a bit confusing at first what the extra tips were for and also how to apply the gel. It might be good to include a link to a youtube video tutorial on how best to apply the gel.
I also found the warranty was hard to claim but they did have someone rectify the situation after which was great. It's unclear what the warranty covers though.

Used it 2 times now. First time, did 10 minutes, as recommended. Didn’t do anything, so I upped to 15 minutes. Nothing has changed. I will keep updating this to keep you posted on my results. Would have given the product 1 star, but I’ve had good service from the company. The light I received doesn’t work properly, I have to hold the button down and press it really hard for it to work. The company answered my request promptly and has agreed to send me a new one. Oh, and for those who complain, it is normal to turn your gums white if you put product on it. They will be back to normal within a few hour. And it would be great if the company offered different strenght for the product. I get some people will need a more gentle product for their sensitive teeth, but I don’t and the product seems to be too gentle for my level 5 teeth to whiten. At the end of the treatment, I will wait 2 months and will try a stronger gel from another company. I will keep the same mouthpiece, it fits my mouth and teeth good.
**Update**.I received the new light within 48 hours, no additionnal shipping fees. I also wrote an e-mail to the company asking for recommandations and they recommended I up the time to 30 minutes. I also realized there was a small gap between the mouthpiece with the gel and my teeth, so now I either suck gently on the mouthpiece to get it to stick to my teeth or press it lightly against my teeth. By doing so, between my fifth and sixth use, I've gone up half a shade, almost a level 4 now. Adding 1 star to my previous review.
**Final update** Just finished the last treatment. Whitened only half a shade total and I’m being generous. Very disappointed with the product, the stars I gave is because the company offers good service.

This honestly didn't really work on my teeth, which is okay. I wasn't expecting them to come out absolutely white anyway. However, I did buy whitening strips a few months later, and they made more of a difference.

Nice product!
It comes with 3 tubes, each tube is for 3 times usage, but I think you can adjust by yourself.

It’s my first time trying whitening product, there is no sensitivity or burning while I am using.
My teeth was between level 5-6 before using.

Here is how I do it, brush teeth every time before each application. Since it was my first time to try it, and try to avoid any sensitivity I didn’t do it everyday at first.

Day 1 first time: 10mins of whitening, it automatically stops after 10min. Rinsed with water afterwards. Shade went from level 5-6 to 3. No sensitivity.

Day 3 second time: 13 mins, after 10 mins I turn the light on and off manually for additional 3mins. No sensitivity as well, I felt that I can do it daily now. why additional 3 mins? Just want to😂, but in case might cause sensitivity, so I only added 3 mins. You guys can adjust accordingly. Shade went from 3 to 2.

Day 4 third time, since I didn’t have any sensitivity so I did it the following day. This time I did 20 mins. No sensitivity, just lots of saliva, tasted weird, try not to swallow it. Shade stayed at level 2. Probably that’s my natural teeth color, so it won’t go any lighter. I am still happy!

Day 6 fourth time, I don’t in take dark color food that often, and I think I have reached to my natural teeth color so I rest for a day since last application. Just to continue as the package said 7days as a full whitening process.

Still 3 more time to go! But I think I can stop using it anytime now, save the rest syringe for later date touch up.

Photo 1 was first time application, photo 2 was second application. Too lazy to take more photo😇
