Good anti pull harness

Purchased size large as my bearded collie cross old English sheep dog named Stella is 30 kg but 90 cm in the chest. This chest measurement is the upper limit for the large harness. I found this tended to be too tight on her, so after a week of trying this size of harness, I purchased the xl size. This has worked out much better for both of us. Stella, a natural herder of cats, deer and the occasional black bear, is much easier to control during our trail walks with this harness. I would recommend this harness for any dog that tends to pull.

Very similar to Easy Walk

Fits very similar to the Easy Walk by Petsafe, with the strap across the shoulders. I find this style almost impossible to fit on my Husky, so I have to return. He's got narrow shoulders and a slim chest and is very fluffy so getting it two fingers tight is very difficult. This causes the harness to rub his arm pits badly.

Otherwise the Velvet padding looked good and the harness seems like a very good quality. Also came with leash which wasn't in the original listing. The leash is very strong looking.

I’ve always used it he Easy Walk no pull harnesses for my dog - you NEED to switch to this one ASAP!!! It’s so much better. You can attach at the top of the harness or in the front (front is better for not pulling) and the strap that goes down the front is way more comfortable for the dog to walk as opposed to the Easy Walks which kind of restrict movement of the legs. I purchased the XS size for my Cockapoo puppy (now 17 lbs) and she still fits it perfectly. The M size was far too big for my other Cockapoo who has quite a big chest so I will need to size her down to a S. These regularly go on sale on Amazon so don’t purchase it full price!! I got mine for $17. I’ve thrown it in the wash a few times too and it washes well. Highly recommend!! The velvet is a really nice touch to prevent chafing under the “armpits”

I bought this harness for my husky puppy, he was 3-4 months old, this harness is not well-made, but it was an add-on item so there's nothing to complain but its quality. I bought 2 harness, different sizes, first one last less than half day, I forgot to take it off after walking, so he chewed it, only took few mins for him to break it. The second one was even worse, I put on the harness and went to grab my keys, only few mins, the harness broke into 2 pieces.

I love this harness because it helps with pulling as well as fits so well! I always have issues finding a harness that's adjustable enough to fit my dogs long and thick torso and fit her small chest ( she's a dalmatian mix ~ 65lbs). It also doesn't irritate her skin like other harnesses do! I like the option to clip in the front or the back for the leash which gives you more control and it's easy to put on and take off!

This is a great design for pullers. I have a large standard poodle and wanted to see if this would help manage his pulling and it worked super well!
Now I will invest in the thicker width and larger size so that it is adequately designed to manage his weight and strength. This less expensive model was a great trial way to determine if it would help because we have numerous brands of harnesses we have tried and they failed the test. The FREEDOM is a keeper!!

The instant I clipped on the leash, I saw the difference. We have a 1 year old 80lbs Golden retriever and we were so discouraged everytime we went walking. He pulled constantly. I was scared when my pregnant wife had to take him out while I was out working. But since yesterday, we enjoy your walks. We don't have a double leash, because didn't read the description properly and I thought it was included in the box, but do not worry, it will work like a charm anyways. The only thing I regret is not buying this sooner!

While I liked the idea behind this no pull harness, there was no "stretch" in it and it was hard to adjust due to the velvet used. The dog found all three of them uncomfortable and chewed through all three. So, I'd not give this a good sturdy rating, but if the dog does not chew, you may be good to go. I would not buy another one.

My labradoodle pup did not enjoy walking and would pancake everywhere and anyway on our walks. So I bought a harness to encourage him to walk. It improved his walking, but it was a battle to get the harness over his head and off again because of the design. We started to bribe him with ice cubes containing peanut butter and kibble. Then one day I had a terrible incident where my pup slid out of his harness. That was the day I said enough with the poorly designed harness (see grey harness) sold through Pet Smart and looked to purchase the 2 Hounds No Pull Freedom Harness. I found an add on item deal for the colour purple for $9.00 compared to $30 or more for other colours. I decided it was worth the risk to try out a new harness. The 2 Hounds No Pull Freedom Harness is well constructed and has a velvet strap that goes under the front legs. I have used this item with my pup for nearly two months. It is so easy to get on over his head and now he is more cooperative about putting on the harness. The harness has a D ring on the top and the front. I learned recently that the ergonomics of the harness improve when the collar and the front D ring are attached together to the leash. If you purchase this harness remember to check to make sure it is fitted properly - not too tight or too loose. My pup has grown very fast and has required a lot of adjustments to ensure the harness has a good fit. My 42 pound pup is wearing the medium harness with lots of room to grow. I bought a second harness for when the first harness gets wet. The harness itself does not teach the dog not to pull. You need to train the dog how to heel. Lots of good videos out there to teach your dog how to walk. He walks awesome around the neighbourhood and city. He still pulls around most new dogs and scents in parks, but he is learning to "leave it" and his recall word. My pup and I now enjoys outings that last 3 - 6 hours around town and at the beach/park. I am happy with my purchase.

The design is ok, he seems comfortable.. but our 6 month old Aussie has chewed the chest strap on this while in the back seat of the car. The 1st time(he was 5 months old)! I took it to a shoemaker and had the strap repaired… this time it’s garbage.. no repairing it. Don’t waste your money on this “chew resistant“ harness.
