Smells delicious

Delicious coffee, but really sweet. I can’t drink it as is, have to cut it with regular coffee; 3:1 kind of ratio. It does have that chemical aftertaste if you grind and brew just it. Some people notice this, some people don’t. Worth trying. I get headaches from sweeteners and by cutting this with regular coffee, I’m good.

Couple issues here. Not happy about

I am disappointed because of two reasons:
1. this item is apparently nonrefundable but I did not read that anywhere before clicking “add to cart”....
2. This is whole bean coffee and not ground coffee.
It does say that on the website but I overlooked it and now I am stuck with whole bean coffee and I only have a standard coffee machine. I will have to use my blender to grind it , so I can actually get my money’s worth out of this coffee. How FUN right ?!!!

I will definitely be calling Amazon customer service on the phone and inquiring further about this non-refundable/ non-return policy on this product, which I’ve never encountered before with other items. So be CAREFUL before buying.

We are big fans of Java works coffee...each bag has come to us perfectly sealed with no issues, with our second order of Belgian chocolate there's a slit or cut at the stop of the bag..air is clearly escaping..this is a non returnable..would appreciate a replacement bag as courtesy of possible.
