This took about half an hour to assemble fully, and another half hour tweaking it to my specific bikes. Seems to be very well engineered to assure secure stowage; my only complaints are that there is no easy way to retro-fit it with a locking anti-theft mechanism, and that it doesn't 'swing away'. The tilt-feature is adequate, but, leaves the unit a bit floppy at the joint: I have no difficulty accessing the rear-hatch of my CX-5, even with bikes mounted. I would not have wanted to pay full ($208CAD) price for this item; but, the 50% WarehouseDeal made this purchase a great one!
