Appears to be a good design. Comes charged out of the box. Has adjustment built into the blade for a few millimeters. Has a good selection of guards and attachments. It has some weight to it and feels like it is well built.

Note that this trimmer is not waterproof. Used it a couple of times and the battery life is pretty good.
Some of the positive reviews on this item may be misleading compared to other products as the company offers addon free gifts if you provide a review. Granted, they do not say that you have to provide a positive review so there is nothing wrong with that, but as they have made giving a review part of their online warranty registration process, you would think more than usual people will be providing a review.
Now the bad stuff so far. The instructions for the device are terrible. You would think that it is just a trimmer and do you really need instructions beyond some safety stuff and minimal maintenance. But in this example, the instruction and the images can be misleading. I wanted to check on how to remove the blade in case I need to clean it. They provide confusing instructions around where to push in order to get the blade off. Clearly I was pushing incorrectly as it was taking a lot of force. What was worse that while one image is accurate (but confusing) the second image is completely wrong of how to force the blade off. Needless to say, I did get the blade off, but it dropped and the assembly broke apart into 5 pieces. I submitted a request online to the company page asking for a replacement blade or at least some instructions on how the assembly should look like once it is put together. Still waiting on a response from the manufacturer. On a positive point, I did find a youtube video that showed how most trimmer heads are assembled and after some effort with the spring, I was able to put it together and got it working.
Conclusion:
Decent trimmer. I paid $75 CAD for it. This was during c19 so I saw that the original price used to be around $40. At 40 this is a great trimmer. Does what it is supposed to do and worth it. At 75, there is a lot of other trimmers out there. I needed something so got this. It comes charged and with enough heads and flexibility as needed. It is meant for head hair, so it does not have any heads for ear nose and body grooming. Not waterproof. Time will tell of how reliable it is. I wish it did have some narrow heads for fine cutting around the ears, but I am not looking for perfection so it is fine.
Knowing what I know now, I may consider buying something else, but I do not regret buying this.
