I was impressed to see they had found a fault with their design and made a correction to the product, so I purchased it, I was not impressed to see they sent the faulty design they identified as having issues with bending when they clearly show in their final photo how they have identified and corrected the issue

Only looks nice that’s why I gave it as many as two stars.. This product made of cheap plastic that flexes just with the weight of the Cube it self. The Cube actually sags forward a little and I am guessing it will sag more in time. I may have to change this shelf to a mettle shelf in the near future, which is currently selling cheaper on Amazon right now. It will do the job for people who don’t care about the sag. The product is also over priced for what you get. In my opinion it should sell for no more than $5.

An Updated Review -Interesting Reaction By Amazon To My First Review

My original review was mostly about how this product does not work for a Home Theater set up. My original review was one star. Soon after my one star review was posted I got a telephone call from Amazon. The lady on the phone wanted me to help fix the product's shortcomings. As a product reviewer one could argue that I'm part of Amazon's Quality team (I am not). And the call and subsequent email caused me to think that Amazon thinks that it is my responsibility, as a customer, to correct the product flaws. I'm a mechanical and aero engineer not a software engineer. I exhausted my knowledge of the technical issues with this product in my first review. I note with interest that this product is of Amazon design and manufacture. I returned the book recommended to be bundled with the cube - what sounded like a "how to" or "owner's manual." I returned that book - it was a series of what seemed to be FAQs and answers written in fortune cookie genre. In summary: the cube doesn't work for a home theater and for a stand alone HDTV it isn't as good as the Xfinity's voice remote. The product support is nonexistent - I looked long and hard - the best I could find was You Tube videos which were of no help. We have 3 Alexas: one tower, one dot, and one show. The cube gives Alexa a bad name. I almost forgot: the compatibility page for cube is useless. I entered Denon for the brand of my AVR. There were no model number selections below just Denon. And although it appeared that the cube is compatibility with Denon, it is not compatible with either of my two Denon AVR models. Not sure why Apple hasn't improved its Apple TV (we have 3 of them) to smother the cube. For that matter, why hasn't Google smothered the cube with a better product as it seems to be doing with Google Assistant. Let the cold winds of competition blow strongly.

I did not pay enough attention to the reviews, or product description. I didn't even bother to install this item. It is cheap plastic, and looks cheap. I came back to Amazon, and found one that is made of metal (which costs twice as much), and ordered it. If I am going to make holes in my wall, I want to be sure the item is the permanent item I will be using for a long period of time. Once I read the review on this item that said the plastic sagged, I knew I couldn't / wouldn't use it. Too bad Amazon cheaped out on this thing. And, there isn't a return reason for an inferior item, that isn't suited for it's purpose, so I guess I am stuck with it. So, I guess I will just have to toss it in the trash. Buyers beware! Read the reviews, and think about your purchase, before you pull the trigger. I wasted $14.00 on this one, because I didn't take 5 minutes to check the reviews.

I have a 65" TV in the Man Cave and I try to keep as much off the floor as possible. As a result, mounting my Fire TV Cube on the wall to keep it up and out of the way was a must, especially so kids couldn't touch it. This wall mount mad that task very easy and now my Fire TV Cube is up, out of the way, and Above my TV without any problems. The instructions were easy to follow and I'm very happy with this product. Oh, one more note: This product gives multiple options for how you want to run the cables (Up, Down, sideways), which was very good for me since I mounted mine above the tv and not below it.

Overall, I give this product 5 stars. However, I tried to take some pictures, but they didn't turn out as well as i would have liked (It's dark in the Man Cave). As a result, while I give the product 5 stars, I only give my photography 2 stars, haha. Regardless, I'm very happy with this product and definitely recommend it :-)

Perfect for mounting your Fire TV Cube

I read reviews about this mount being weak and flimsy, but I did not find that to be the case. I have 4 Fire TV Cubes in my house and I used this mount for two of them. I was able to secure the mounts to the wall behind the TV's quite easily and found the mount to be the perfect way to keep the Cube out of sight while still having access. I bought an additional mount in case my set up changes. I have been using them for about 4-5 months now and have had no trouble.
