Excellent read. Pretty well written and plenty of action and tension. Just hate being left hanging. One other thing... You kill Dog; you loose a reader. Turbo pulled that on me a couple years ago and I haven't picked up anything of his since.

Very good read. Plenty of action, excitement and tension.Better written than most self published work I've seen. Just one detail... Kill the dog, loose a reader. Turbo made that mistake a couple years ago and I've been careful not to read ANYTHING of his since. Keep up the good work and I'll look forward to number 19.

I have become an addict! So addicted to these books. The ending took me by surprise though, some cliffhanger. I couldn’t believe I waited so long for book 18 then poof it was read. Please, please don’t keep us waiting. Dirk Patton has become one of my favorite authors. Keep up the great writing and keep em coming.

Book 18 and I still can't get enough of this series. Absolutely love the characters in this series. John, Rachel, Mavis, Dog and all the rest keep the action going from beginning to end. How can the Russians keep having the jump on the U.S. They seem to be one step ahead, but the U.S. has a plan too. John Chase is very much a part of that plan. From Hawaii to Arizona the action continues. Now I have to wait for #19....OMG can't wait

I feel this book moved the story line along at a pace that I felt was lacking in the last book...My interest never waned and now, of course, I am once again anxiously awaiting the go round...all I can say is this is a must read! I'm just hoping Dirk doesn't kill Dog for real this time.
